кую природу и что активность автономной нервной систе-
мы играет немалую роль в объяснении этих соматических

восприятия неопределенны по своей природе, что они ред-
ко дают существенную информацию для подтверждения
той или иной гипотезы, короче, что информация, лежащая
в основе самовосприятия, куда более зыбка, чем та хорошо

. лем, о котором невозможно получить независимое сужде-

нуть внутрь нашего тела. Последнее особенно печально,
поскольку есть основания полагать, что исходное состоя-
ние ощущения собственной эффективности весьма различно
у разных индивидов. При измерении факторов самовоспри-
ятия мы не можем пользоваться буквально никакой иной
техникой, кроме тщательно построенных шкал самооценки.
Но даже при таких ограничениях можно многого достигнуть
не только в изучении того, как различаются эти признаки
в группах с разным прошлым, но также в изучении вну-
трииндивидуальных различий при переходе индивида из
одной диагносгической ситуации в другую. Теоретически
мы хотим узнать, что именно в личности зависит от призна-
ков самовосприятия и что увеличивает их вес для подтвер-
ждения принятых гипотез. Такие признаки, как можно
догадываться, используются преимущественно характе-
рами интравертивными и интрапунитивными, людьми с
недостаточно развитой связью с объектом, подростками
и т. и.
Подобные предсказания могут показаться банальными,
